Regentax Limited is the successor of Terence Ma & Co, a young and innovative practice founded in 1988. It provided advisory services and tailored solutions in taxation, auditing, accounting and other ad-hoc issues for clients having business in Hong Kong from different fields and of various sizes. It was incorporated into Regentax Limited in 2000.

For years of development, Regentax Limited evolved as a group of specialist companies. We employed over 20 employees in Hong Kong and even more in Mainland China to serve thousands of clients in 2014. Our client base extended to include enterrpises having around billion of annual turnover and tens of subsidiaries.
